Identity Coaching Certification
The Law of Knowing™ is my signature identity coaching framework for women who want to work at the deepest level of transformation. This certification blends emotional intelligence, somatic safety, shadow integration and Future Self identity work to help women shift from “Who I’ve had to be” into “Who I truly am” – and then hold that same kind of space for others.

What is The Law of Knowing™?
The Law of Knowing™ is a feminine, trauma-aware identity coaching method that starts where mindset work stops.
Instead of trying to “fix your thoughts”, we work with:
Identity – who you believe you are
Shadow – the parts of you that fear success, visibility and having more
Emotion – the feelings you’ve been taught to suppress
Somatics – your nervous system and body-based safety
Future Self – the woman you are becoming
This certification teaches you how to guide women through identity shifts, emotional truth, self-trust, boundaries, and embodied leadership – without force, shame or spiritual bypassing.

Help clients shed old identities (the good girl, the fixer, the strong one) and meet who they really are
Work with the nervous system and emotional safety, instead of pushing mindset
Guide clients to rebuild self-trust, set boundaries and honour their truth
Support clients to step into their Future Self identity and make aligned decisions
Use a clear, repeatable coaching framework you can build a business around
You won’t just “wing it” in sessions – you’ll have a grounded, ethical, repeatable method you can grow with.
How the certification works
Length: 8-week core curriculum (with ongoing support)
Format: Self-paced trainings + monthly live support calls
Access: All calls are recorded and stored in your student portal
Support: Reflection prompts, practice tools and a guided practicum
Outcome: You’ll graduate as a Certified Law of Knowing™ Identity Coach, with a beautiful digital badge and certificate for your website and socials.
You’ll be held, supported and guided through every step – both as a woman and as a coach.

Frequently asked questions
Q: Do I need to already be a coach?
A: No. Some students are completely new to coaching, others are experienced and want a deeper method. I teach everything in a way that is accessible and trauma-aware.
Q: Is this therapy?
A: No. This is a coaching certification rooted in identity, somatic awareness and emotional intelligence. It is not therapy, counselling or a replacement for mental health care.
Q: What if I can’t attend the live calls?
A: All calls are recorded and uploaded to your student portal. You’ll also have reflection prompts and tools you can work through in your own time.
Q: Will I get a certificate?
A: Yes. On successful completion of the curriculum and practicum requirements, you’ll receive a Certified Law of Knowing™ Identity Coach certificate and digital badge.
